The New Old Norwich

Just another week of this elongated International break - John ended up watching Wales in desperation! At least it included former City star now manager Craig Bellamy and pundits Rob Earnshaw and John Hartson - yes the former Arsenal West Ham and Celtic did play for us - but badly!

So, as well as looking where we are 17th in table on 9 points after 8 games, we ask the best ever player who was dreadful for City?

Let us know who you think of!

New season of footy, new season of City podcasts!

After England's demise at the hands of Argentina, we look back on the summer with an eye on Norwich City this coming season - formation was the key for Thomas Tuchel rather than the best players, so how do City avoid that trap and does Phillipe Clement have a plan B for the second season?

We round up the summer happenings too at Colney!

What a season it's been - seems an age since Josh Sargent went on strike! Now in Mo Toure we have another Norwich City striker aiming to set alive the World Cup this summer for Australia rather than America!

But what next for City? Are we in a better position than last year? Can we get Automatic promotion? Play offs? Do we need New Players? Or a New Squad?

We round up the end of the 2025/26 season and compare with Championships of the past!

Relegation fears over! Play off dreams probably over!

But what next for City - a rare FA Cup tie with Leeds and the Farke derby at that!

But if City keep on winning in the Championship, can we keep hold of Phillipe Clement for next season? We need too - his starting record is one of our very best!

Just the small matter of basement battles with Blackburn and Oxford to come but in Clement we trust!

Jovon Makama is about to be 22 years old and he's scoring goals for fun.

Josh Sargent is downing tools (we thought he had anyway as not scoring!) and wants to leave.

Let's take the cash and concentrate on the priority - staying up! And according to past history and stats we will if we carry on the form from the past 5 games - just!

After 6 games, Phillipe Clement seems to be the big man this Christmas - so what does he want? What do we want apart from wins?

And how does Clement stack up against former City managers who've come in mid season? You might be surprised at some of the stats!

Happy Christmas and New Year Canary Fans - well let's hope so!
