Be the change you want to see in the world. If we want to see positivity,love,compassion,kindness,empathy we have to be the first ones to show/do it. We have to start with the person you see in the mirror,then can the world see it. Can't pour from an empty cup.

There are a lot of F words in this one,some soft,some hard,but all relevant. Whether we fail,fall,freeze,look like a fool,or f*&k up,that's part of life. C'est la vie. Can't spell LIFE without the letter F,otherwise it's a LIE. Take lessons from them and become a fighter, become someone they fantasize about being.

I'm good at a lot of things,but painting isn't one of them. I did a painting a few years ago and it did not come out good,you can see it on my Instagram page. If I didn't test myself,I wouldn't know where my talents in painting lie.

We should test ourselves with things we don't normally do or things we've never done/tried,to see where our talents are at. Attempt something new as often as possible;either you learn a new skill or gain a new experience or memory/story.

The life we live has multiple levels to it,and the only way to see them is to come out of our comfort zone. Growth requires us to be uncomfortable;can be can't be comfortable and growing. That's why it's called growing pains. Video games teach us a lot about leveling up to your environment/circumstances.
