Technology is often blamed for all of society's problems, but what if the problem was us?

A lot of people blame technology for all of their problems. But if you think about it, technology is just a tool and it's not the issue. The issue is with us and our mindset. 

Ian Finch joins Matt in today’s show to talk about how we can change our mindset and start using technology to our advantage instead of letting it use us.

Ian Finch is a CEO, husband and dad. He’s also the Chair of the British Interactive Media Association for the northwest of England, a national network that drives digital transformation in large-scale organisations like yours.

Outside work he’s an advocate for mental health and a recent yoga devotee.
