When I was a child, I used to spend so much time looking out a window daydreaming.

I mean, my mind would just run away from me! As a child, it was fine, but the problem comes when, as adults, we still do not reign in our thoughts.

This is where part of this spiritual war is fought. Our fears, worries, fantasies, and feelings will try to take over, but we are not left without defense.

God has given us His armor, and he's given us something to protect our minds: the Helmet of Salvation.
