The Orlofsky Family Matza Brei recipe

It's Easy, Stupid!

2.5 matzah, broken into small pieces

Pout hot water on top, shake in strainer

Place in mixing-bowl, add 4 eggs

Beat with a little salt

Add oil to a large frying pan

Pour in batter

Cover with large Corelle plate

Fry until slightly liquidy, flip fry other side
