Earlier this year I had the absolute pleasure of being a guest on the Soul Aligned Self Care podcast with Tina Stinson where we journeyed into the world of Human Design. As someone who is deeply passionate about Human Design, the opportunity to share the system with her audience and how it can be integrated into our daily lives was a lot of fun.

Tina is a Generator, and she shared her insights on how she uses her type's energy in her daily life. We talked about strategies that work for different aura types, which is super helpful for everyone to hear. 

We also spent some time discussing the significance of recognizing one's energy, the importance of self-care, and how to make decisions aligned with one's authority. 

This episode is sort of a Human Design 101, as Tina was familiar with the system, but had some great questions, and I love answering questions!It was a really great chat that I enjoyed having, and I hope you enjoy listening too!
