In 1985, Youngstown State University sophomore Gina Tenney was living off-campus in an apartment on the top floor of a duplex. Over winter break, she thought she heard someone trying to break into her apartment several times, but she never saw anyone. Four days later, her body was found floating in an icy river. With DNA testing in its early stages, it would take the Youngstown PD's perseverance to bring the perpetrator to justice.
