The first of an incredible batch of new songs is being unveiled today in the form of Suz’s brand new single, “Tell You”. Suz Dorahy is the real deal. “100 or Less" is the latest single from Queensland, Australia. Singer-songwriter Leah Chynoweth-Tidy (aka Kissing The Flint) presents a heartfelt alt-rock song with infectious guitar hooks and a resonating message. “100 Or Less” launches a music mission to rock the foundations of a bureaucratic lack of support for the undervalued Arts. This time it’s personal.

Currently based in her father’s native Scotland, Leah penned "100 or Less" in just a few hours on a wave of escalating frustration during the first 2020 Australian lockdown. She and her bass-player husband saw livelihoods - including their own – begin to evaporate, as the Australian music industry screeched to a halt with little support from the government. This call-to-arms song formed in a search for answers that still haven’t been given in 2021. More here.

Marion  Scrymgour is an Australian politician. She was a member of the Northern Territory Legislative Assembly from 2001 to 2012, representing the electorate of Arafura. Marion is travelling around the Northern Territory as a candidate for the seat of Lingiari. Marrion is hearing the concerns of constituents  particularly mining and Fracking that is being brought up as contentious issues in the Northern Territory.

Mick Gill and Dan Donaldson outlined the Alice Springs Cricket Association competition and what is happening with the 

Rivalry Round this weekend. These matches  kick off this weekend. Westie’s vs Feds and Solar vs Gap. We discussed with Mick and Dan what it's like to play in the T20 series at the local level and how it's more than just a match but family involvement also. Dan mentions “that you are competitors on the oval but once you walk off you can form good friendships with opposition opponents”. All players are united in the game of cricket.

During our Game On segment of Andy’s Big Brekky, Lance Palmer reflected on his NT football career playing for Ltyentye Apurte and competing on the MCG during the Dreamtime Round. Dillion Barry, a successful NT player also joined the conversation discussing his football career and playing for Southern Districts. Dillion mentioned that experience of moving interstate playing at a higher level is both rewarding and challenging. This initiative he would like to help promote and help give  other young people the same experience.

His last single 'Can't Keep Still' was only kept out of the AIR charts No.1 spot by Kylie Minogue, no shame in that.
