The CEO of Desert Knowledge Australia (DKA), Jimmy Cocking, chats to the Big Brekky about the Alice Springs Future Grid Roadmap to 2030. The Roadmap is a collaborative report which maps different pathways for Alice Springs to reach 50% renewable energy by 2030, using techno-economic modelling techniques. On The Big Brekky Show, Navin Bhatnagar from the Hindu Society of Central Australia tells us about Rang Barse - the Festival of Colours, the Hindu festival of Holi famous for bright coloured powders thrown to the sky.
