The Big Brekky Show has Alice Springs' own reggae and Hip-Hop artist Katanga Jr who just released his Pamoja album. He’s accompanied by Latecia Boddey on bass guitar for a live set. They’ll be touring in WA, with the other band members Billy Black, Joey Klarenbeek, Darcy Davis and Emma, on their way to performing at WOMAD.

Oliver Tuan, teacher at Yipirinya School, and teacher's aid Dennis Goodie, join The Big Brekky to chat about an esport program they have started at the Yipirinya School shopfront, 62 Todd Mall.

The gaming program is currently running a Tekken Tournament, with finals this Saturday and cash prizes to be run. Oliver talks of the links that gaming and esports have with oral literacy, hand-eye coordination, strategy, and problem solving. The program provides youth with a feed, air conditioning, and a safe and supervised environment. There is the hope that transport opportunities will be developed in the near future.
