On the morning of November 15, 2004, Peter Porco did not show up to his job as a court clerk which was very unusual for him. His coworkers immediately became concerned. Police were dispatched to the Porco residence and what they found was a gory scene straight out of a movie...blood was all over the house. The responding officers found Peters wife clinging to life in the couple's marital bed with a bloody axe laying on the ground next to her.  She gave information to the officer at the crime scene that started an investigation that would lead police through a story of family drama that was filled with deceit and would eventually end in murder.
