It's movies like this week's title that are perfect for this podcast.  It's a movie we may never have chosen to watch otherwise and it doesn't take up too much of your time.  Kevin Kirchman returns to talk about an indie thriller that didn't get much love, but quite possibly deserves a good amount: 2019's "The Fanatic" directed by Fred Durst and starring John Travolta and Devon Sawa.

The 90's were the best time for old sitcoms to be turned into movies, and perhaps the crown jewel is 1995's "The Brady Bunch Movie" directed by Betty Thomas and starring Shelly Long as a lovely lady, Gary Cole as a man named Brady, and Michael McKean as a villain in a track suit.

Happy Halloween!  We conclude our scary movie month by returning to Elm Street with our good buddy Mike Klappauf.  This year we discuss the somewhat boring, watered-down fifth installment in the series: 1987's "A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child" directed by Stephen Hopkins and starring everyone's favorite killer cut-up Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger.

Ian returns for his final episode in our first wave of 90.  We discuss the 1987 original "Child's Play" directed by not-Spider-Man Tom Holland.

Kaitlin returns to the show, and since she's already done two documentaries and one documentary-style comedy, it seems only fitting that she discusses ANOTHER documentary-style movie: the 1999 found footage genre-creating "The Blair Witch Project" directed by Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sanchez.

Jay Drumm is back for a bit of an early birthday episode to talk about Tim Burton's "Frankenweenie" from 2012, the stop motion remake of his original live action short film.

We kick off October by dipping our toes in the spooky lagoon with Disney's 2003 attraction-turned-movie "The Haunted Mansion" directed by Rob Minkoff and starring Eddie Murphy, Terence Stamp, Wallace Shawn, and Jennifer Tilly.

Kaitlin is back because Jer forced her to join in on the discussion of Amy Heckerling's "Look Who's Talking Too" from 1990 starring John Travolta and Kirstie Alley, featuring the voice acting of Bruce Willis and Roseanne Barr.  They are about to have their second kid, so it seemed only appropriate that they talk about this parental sequel.

Katie Binkley is back for her final episode in this first wave of 90!  We discuss the 2000 comedy "Dude, Where's My Car?" directed by Danny Leiner, who would take this general format of two idiots to the next level with Harold and Kumar.  Instead we get a couple of white dudes at their early peaks (Seann William Scott and Ashton Kutcher.)

We conclude our Halloween appetizer run with a gripping indie film by Patrick Brice: "Creep" from 2014, co-starring the director himself and Mark Duplass.  We chat with Mike about this aptly-titled film that you cannot turn away from once it begins!
