​An experienced meditator, Greg studied Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction with Dr. Mark Abramson (Stanford University Medical Center), Mindfulness Meditation at the Esalen Institute, and in silent retreat at the Southern California Vipassana Center.

​Greg is a graduate of the Modern Elder Academy in Pescadero Mexico, a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and a certified Executive Coach through Evolution Partners.
