#92 - How to Stop Being 'All or Nothing'

Listen Later

Do you have an all or nothing mindset when it comes to weight loss?

Do you feel like you have to do it perfectly and make progress every week, otherwise you're failing?

And maybe when you do see progress, you feel like you should already be further ahead than you are, so it's still not good enough?

In this episode we cover how to stop doing that (because obviously it's not helpful!).

The All or Nothing mindset is very common, and with practise, you can change it.

When you find the middle ground of taking messy imperfect action (and celebrating rather than beating yourself up for it)... that's when you enjoy the process.

And when you enjoy the process, you keep going long enough to achieve amazing results.
