Kristin makes a delcious Blue Lagoon! In a tumbler with ice add:
2 parts Victor Gin
1 part Blue Curacao
1 part Lime Juice
1 part simple Sugar Syrup
Stir and then top glass with a dash of lemonade / Sprite.
Enjoy!

GIMME ALL YOUR LEMONS (RIP Dusty Hill from ZZ Top):
15 mls Ārepa Performance
5 - 10 mls lemon juice
Your fave non-boozy bubbles. We used Funky Monkey from Farro.
In a flute, drop in a few berries (we used raspberries) first. Then add ingredients. Top with a lemon twist around the rim and enjoy. CHEERS!

ĀREPA-TUNITIES – LET’S MAKE LOTS OF CINA-MONEY (ODE TO PET SHOP BOYS):
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Arepa Performance
1 oz apple juice
1 oz orange juice
Orange slice
Cinammon
In a shaker with ice, add the Ārepa, apple and orange juice. Shake and pour into a martini – sprinkle with cinnamon and add an orange slice. Easy and delish!

COCONUT BERRY ROUGH HUMBLE PIE ALL SHOOK UP:
INGREDIENTS:
In a shaker...
1 oz of an irish creme substitute - a can of premium Coconut Creme (Trident works well), Chocolate Syrup (Natvio is fab), Almond Syrup & Vanilla - shake it all up like Humble Pie's song & it makes an amazing base for a #Mocktail
1 oz Ārepa Performance - the berry brain drink gives it a yummy bite!
15 - 30 mls lemon juice - less is more here!
Rim the glass w/ lemon juice & cookie crumbles or graham crackers - we use Golden Crunch cookies and they hit the spot!
And we made an effort on these BERRY YUMMY bounty bars!

#DryJuly Ārepa cocktails with Kristin - thanks to Ārepa.
SANGRIAS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN:
Recipe straight from Ārepa with a few twists!
2 bottles Ārepa Performance
2 oranges
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen mango & pineapple
2 lemons
2 small bottle of soda water
PLUS:
1 – 2 cups Orange Juice & Pineapple Juice
A few hours (or so) before you serve – add 1 bottle of Ārepa to all the fruit and add half of the orange AND pineapple juice. Add 1 lemon and 1 bottle of soda water.
When you are ready to serve, add another bottle of Ārepa, the rest of the juices and soda water – juice from another orange and lemon – and serve in a chimney glass with an orange slice garnish. Spoon some of the fruit into the bottom of the glass & garnish with fresh berries, too!

BACK IN BLACK CURRANT NO-JITO
The original & delicious recipe is HERE.
INGREDIENTS:
4 mint leaves
½ lime squeezed
Lime wedges
½ cup crushed ice
½ cup of soda water
½ cup of Ārepa
Add mint and lime juice into a glass and muddle – if you don’t have a muddle, use a wooden spoon.
Add ice, Ārepa & sparkling water to a rocks glass. Mix and add a lime and mint leaf garnish (the secret is in the garnish and fancy glass!) – CHEERS!
