95bFM: Fashun

As we're about to dive into NZFW, Penelope introduces us to another ambassador, Sarah Stuart. As a stylist for television stars, Sarah chats with Penelope and Rachel about what it takes to dress for the TV, styling Mick Jagger and some of her personal fashun tips.

Penelope Noir brings in a special guest, Sammy Salsa to talk about being an ambassador for NZFW and the life and times of being a stylist (and to be clear, we're not talking hair). Sammy talks about the crossover between music, arts and fashion, how he got his style and what it's like to collab with some of Aotearoa's leading designers.

From nineties madchester to literally every New Zealand primary school. Bucket hats are the name of the game on Fashun this morning. Sunsmart and stylish, what more could you want?

Penelope Noir has been busy with NZIFF and after seeing Maria by Callas on the weekend, Pennie is in awe of Maria Callas's iconic style.

Penelope Noir is talking sustainble Fashun, specifically in Sweden where there's the first second hand mall has been around since 2015. Is this paving the way for the future?

Penelope Noir clears up a listener query about why models don't smile, and pays tribute to Gloria Vanderbilt, the glamorous and iconic demin designer.

With this cold weather and a desire to keep her head warm, Penelope Noir is here to talk about berets. Historical, political and stylish, need we say more?

Penelope Noir brings up Hannah from Dangerous Goods for a chat about her beautiful jewellery, her lab-made gems, reusing silver and how us humans just love shiny things.

From handbags to plastic bags to watch bags, who knew bags carried so much history and culture in Aotearoa? Grace Lai did! And lucky for us, Penelope brings Grace in to talk about the upcoming exhibition in Auckland War Memorial Museum’s new special exhibition hall, Carried Away: Bags Unpacked. Grace chats to Rachel about all the interesting findings from inside the bags, ooooh.

Penelope is talking about some of the models that are taking the face of Gucci this season. Zumi Rosow, Dani Miller and Amy Taylor are some of the amazing ladies who are bringing their energy into the Fashun world. And as a long time fan of punk, Penelope Noir is pretty stoked about it.
