Connor comes from the broadcast world as a former broadcast journalist and Eric has worked as a firefighter and dispatcher for the better part of the past two decades.

Together, their efforts to improve their messaging have paid off, as the South Metro Fire & Rescue YouTube channel has more than 200,000 subscribers and contains multiple videos with more than 1 million views.
