It's notably less capital-intensive compared to the process of purchasing, acquiring, and refurbishing your own HMOs. These are, of course, distinct models of wealth creation, but if your goal is to build your owned portfolio, then rent-to-rent can serve as an excellent starting point, accelerating the overall process.
