The theme for this season is “connection” - and this theme will come to life in a different way each week of this season. Myself and my special guests will be diving into mindset, success, wellbeing and relationships as we journey into a different facet of "connection" in each episode.

In this week’s short ‘n’ sweet episode, I give a peek behind the scenes of my Reconnection Tour, and also the five biggest themes that I’m seeing come through from the women attending my events.  

In it, I cover exhaustion, sex, polarity with our partners (and my own challenging experience with that last week!) and the most concerning commonality from the women I’ve connected with. I wanted to share these points so that - if you’re experiencing any of these issues right now in your own life - that you know you’re not alone.
