After talking about goal setting for the last couple of months… we’re now into 2025 and it’s time to make all those gorgeous goals a reality!

I’ve got a mini arsenal of tricks up my sleeve that I use each year to stave off that so-tempting procrastination and inertia that holds so many people back from their goals.

A question I get a LOT is how I do my annual goalsetting, so in this week’s episode I step you through it.
