Started by John D’eri and his son Tom D’eri.

They have a song, brother, Andrew who has autism. He turned 21 in 2011 unsure of what he would do. Sound familiar?

John decided to buy a car wash to create a job and a business for Andrew and John joined him.

They employ over 80 people with autism and have over 75 alumni who have left to take other jobs in the community. 

They have created Rising Tide U to help other entrepreneurs employ people with autism. 

John and tom are both speakers and tom is publishing a book, The Power of Potential.
