We're back from a brief holiday hiatus and what better way to come back than to discuss the art of the comeback? In this tiny soapbox show episode, the LaunchDad briefly dives into the mindset behind a comeback. George looks at the comeback from an optics perspective, a leadership perspective and from a personal perspective. A famous quote once read, "the comeback is always greater than the setback." If you were to accuse us of that famous quote coming from Jersey Shore's "The Situation," well...no comment.

What would you say if I told you that 80% of the neurodiverse population is unemployed? Now what would you say if I told you that there's an innovative staffing company out there that understands and appreciates the neurodivergent population so well that they get them placed at an average salary of $81,000 a year? Yea...we reacted the same way. Join the LaunchDad as he sits down with the CEO of Potentia, Jeff Miller. George and Jeff take a deep dive and you're not going to want to miss this one!

Just to be clear, we're not talking about the Reverend Run's Run DMC partner Darryl McDaniels. We're talking about the incomparable mentor to mentors, David M. Corbin and if you think you know the mean of fast, you need to watch this man run to the aid of all his mentees, clients and thought leadership audience. The LaunchDad sits down with his fellow Long Island native David and the duo wax poetic on everything from leadership to relationships and everything in-between.

"I believe in the magic that happens when talented, open people get into the room and influence each other." This quote from his website is why they call this week's guest, Joe Ricci, the actor's director. Join the LaunchDad as he dives deep with director, writer and collaborator Joe Ricci on the collaboration that it takes to put together one of his shows and the leadership that it takes to elevate it to the next level. A very different episode of The Launchcast, but one of the most necessary if we're going to call ourselves a leadership podcast. The LaunchDad waxes poetic on what's going on in his hometown of Farmingdale, NY. This episode's small-town case study on the effects of politics in parenting and education is a topic that is being discussed in small towns and large cities across the country. The problem is, they crossed a parent with a microphone this time and George isn't standing for it. Tune in to this unconventional soapbox episode. A 10 minute disclaimer and explanation precedes the episode.

There are two sides to this interview: the real story and the work. The real story is that George sits down with professional wrestler and personal trainer Joe Ocasio for an incredible, in-depth interview that delves into his story as a wrester, the art of wrestling and his journey to starting Joe's Results Zone. Now for the work: It's the matchup of the century as George "The LaunchDad" Andriopoulos (formerly known as Muscles Marinara) takes on FFW Heavyweight Champion (and tag team champion) "Life Changing" Joe Ocasio in a 90 minute iron man match and the leadership championship is on the line. It's gonna be a slobber-knocker so make sure to tune in!
You don't have to be a wrestling fan to love this episode, but if you're into the WWE, AEW, FFW, NYWC, NXT, W.O.W. or anything else from the squared circle, you'll LOVE this one.

Nothing to see here, just two dudes covered in tribal tattoos who are obsessed with leadership and both spoke (at different times) at the same TEDx in Northern Ireland, but here's the catch...one's from Australia and the other is from New York. The LaunchDad sits with this week's Launchcast Leadership Profile guest, Jem Fuller, and the two talk about Jem's incredible and unconventional journey to leadership. Dive in, this is a good one.
