Today I am celebrating being CANCER-FREE for 12 years now. I want to share with you the lessons I have learned on this very life-changing journey.  My body has never been more sacred.

The mental state of a BLACK MEN MATTERS....And pride has never been our friend. We have to learn to be unapologetically honest with one another so we can RISE above our obstacles TOGETHER!

After listening to Beyonce's Renaissance Cd and her paying homage to her Uncle Johnny, I decided to pay homage to my Aunt Pam and her influence on my life. My mentor, my second Mom, and my Big Sister! Celebrating the people who support us our entire lives.

This episode is about celebrating your life in the SUNSHINE!! Looking for joy in anything and everything. Checking on those we love and cherishing every moment we have. Also making the time to just be free from our troubles just for a little while. Just learning to press the pause button of your life and simply be HAPPY!!
