Bush, and he delivered the invocation prayer at Barack Obama’s inauguration. Time, Newsweek, and U.S. News and World Report have all named him to their lists of the most influential people in the world. After more than 40 years as pastor of Saddleback Church, he is retiring. Warren Smith recently spent an afternoon with Rick Warren to talk about this milestone and his life of ministry.
