The second session starts with questions on giving up everything for God. Experiential exercises on perception of your brother and forgiveness. The exercise brings about several deeper first hand experiences from participants. These beliefs only seem to be external, showing up in others in our life, while they really are beliefs in the mind, existing as thoughts.

This session also gets into looking at jealousy, anger, and rage, and the helpfulness of sharing private thoughts with others. Healing by looking beyond the ego's perspective of private thoughts.

This is an edited recording of the music session we had during the retreat. We started with everyone standing close together in a circle, feeling the deep connection between us as we were singing along to the song "I am so blessed". The second day of the retreat we gathered in the morning for Miracle Moment with a reading from the Course and inspirational songs. In the meditation, Jenny guides the mind to rest in the quiet stillness within. In the following session, we explore how the answer to everything is remembering our Source and accepting the Atonement, and how Spirit uses what the ego made to undo the ego.
