The "unhealed healer" is addressed in this session at the latest Awaken to Love Retreat in Findhorn with Jenny and Greg. The unhealed healer is a common concept that describes someone who has not experienced healing, and therefore cannot know what healing is.

This is described in ACIM as one who, for example, is working in the "healing" profession using false empathy attempting to join in suffering, and so making the sickness real.
