Trey Hawkins is a seasoned political strategist with more than 25 years of experience in campaign management, political action committees (PACs), fundraising, communications, grassroots and issue advocacy. He currently serves as Head of Political Affairs for America’s Credit Unions, where he leads national political strategy and engagement supporting pro–credit union candidates and issue advocacy.  

Since joining America’s Credit Unions in 2005, Trey has built one of the nation’s premier trade association political operations. Under his leadership, the organization’s nearly $6 million federal PAC has consistently ranked among the largest in the country. During the 2024 election cycle, he directed a $7 million federal independent expenditure and member voter contact program, helping elect credit union champions in competitive races and contributing to a pro–credit union majority in Congress.

Renée Sattiewhite serves as the President/CEO of the African-American Credit Union Coalition (AACUC). With her unique vitality and forward-looking vision, she has created one of the most dynamic organizations in the credit union movement. Her high energy, high expectations and high touch approach for leading the 501(c)(3) nonprofit has created a momentum for growth, change and a compelling commitment towards eradicating racism. Her leadership has successfully propelled the organization forward to offer a credible voice that addresses today’s dialogue on race, equity, and inclusion for all, making AACUC the leading influencer on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the credit union movement. 

Renée is a certified diversity professional, a credit union development educator, a motivational speaker, an executive coach, a mentoring trainer, a Master Trainer for the United Way of Atlanta’s VIP Board Development Program, and a recognized expert on marketing and branding. She currently serves as a Board Member of: Climate United, ACCOSCA Foundation, America’s Credit Union Museum, World Wide Foundation for Credit Unions, and CU4Kids.

Joe Adamack is Senior Vice President of Legislative Affairs for the GoWest Credit Union Association, where he leads state advocacy strategy and policy development across a multi-state region representing nearly 300 credit unions. 

Joe’s work is focused on advancing innovative policy outcomes that ensures all people have access to the financial services they need, deserve, and expect. He has worked closely with state legislators and agencies to translate policy ideas into scalable, real-world solutions that address a wide range of issues. He has played a leading role in developing and advancing unique policy models that leverage both public and private capital to address hyperlocal needs.

Anderson Langford joined Truliant in 2018 and currently serves as Chief Credit Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience across regulatory, financial services, and executive leadership roles. His background spans credit underwriting, enterprise and operational risk management, and lending strategy at both financial institutions and regulatory agencies. 

In his role, Langford is responsible for Truliant’s credit risk and enterprise risk management functions, including underwriting for consumer, member business services, and SBA lending, as well as compliance, Bank Secrecy Act oversight, and collections. His work focuses on balancing strong risk management practices with member access, growth, and long‑term organizational stability. 

Before joining Truliant, Langford served in multiple leadership roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), including Supervisory Examiner, Loan Review Specialist, and Case Manager, where he worked closely with financial institutions to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he held executive and senior leadership positions at several financial institutions, leading lending divisions, overseeing branch and regional operations, and helping establish a wholly owned subsidiary. 

Langford holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University.

Kathleen Coulombe is the Chief Advocacy Officer of America’s Credit Unions. She joined the association from the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), where she served as Senior Vice President, Federal Relations, leading engagement on a broad range of public policy issues impacting financial security. Previously, she oversaw ACLI’s retirement security portfolio as Vice President and Principal Deputy of Federal Relations.  

Earlier in her career, Kathleen held roles spanning state and federal government and association advocacy, including positions with the Nevada Governor’s Office, the Department of Defense, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she managed federal tax, retirement, and benefits policy.  

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Public Policy from George Washington University. Kathleen is the Immediate-Past President of Women in Government Relations and has served on multiple boards. She lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband and four children.
