On this episode of we welcome Dawn Fitch.  Dawn is an award winning author, speaker and the founder and CEO of Pooka Pure and Simple, a handmade bath and body company. After battling illness and feeling the need to adopt a healthier lifestyle, she began making and selling her own products. The company has grown from Dawn making products on her stove in her apartment to a showroom in Kearny, NJ. The products are currently sold in various Whole Food markets, online and through various distributors.

We talk all things aromatherapy, essential oils, and diffusing. Dawn also discusses come of her entrepreneurial journey. We discuss her Facebook group "The Best Life Tribe" and what goes on in that group as they discuss natural healing and lifestyles. Donna and Leslie discuss the fact that Homecoming is too damn early this year!! We discuss another person who has contributed to Black History in America. But more importantly, we discuss why it's important not to wait too late to make amends, do something for yourself, etc. Finally, Leslie wants an over 50 version of Living Single television show or Netflix movie.

Donna has celebrated yet another Blessed Birthday and she celebrated just like Patti LaBelle "On her own!!" We discussed a little known Black History fact that is connected to one of our Hampton Classmates. Leslie talks about something she has been wanting to do for a long time and FINALLY did.
