Certified Health Practitioner is back to discuss menopause! Debbie is also a Menopause Specialist who advocates for women and shares her experiences and knowledge about menopause. Debbie helps women obtain a healthy balance between symptoms and relief while experiencing menopausal challenges. We also learn the difference between peri-menopause, menopause, and post menopause. It's a very informative discussion!

Debbie helps women through coaching, customized healthy food choices, food preparation, exercise routines, and stress relieving methods. Season 3 of A Different 50 Podcast has come to an end....it has been a long, difficult, emotionally, draining season for obvious reasons. However, we did our best to continue after we went into lockdown. We discuss the good and bad of this pandemic and how we are taking some time to make some changes and updates for the new season which will start in January 2021. We thank you all so much for sticking with us and we can't wait to come back stronger in 2021...even if the pandemic is still going on.....
