We can be SO SERIOUS about this process of quitting drinking. And while the situation we find ourselves in may indeed be serious - or we could at the least be on the road towards some serious situations - making the process heavy and intense the whole time is not the answer. Sometimes roadblocks are the reasons we don’t move forward with something. They can serve as reason (or even sometimes excuses) of why we aren’t getting where we want to be. No matter what method you use to quit drinking, knowing your whys is almost always a foundational part of it. I like this idea - but I’ve found that writing whys in a very specfic way can be massively helpful. And that’s what I talk about on this episode!
