Feeling it! It’s something we all avoid from time to time - there are thoughts or emotions we don’t want to experience. One of the things that is incredibly difficult with any sort of change process - especially with something like alcohol - is that our thinking confuses us. We start to believe that WE really want the drink, when in fact it’s just a thought that we want a drink. In this episode I talk about why this happens, and what you can do for better separation between you and your thoughts. This is a deep topic and this is a long episode, but totally worth it!
