Once again, we are joined by Eric and listen to some progressive metal bands which might be the equivalent of what Eric is into, being an aficionado of jam bands and long-form music. We listen to a few bands, some of whom Eric was already familiar. Will he move closer toward the Iron in Iron Maiden, tune in to find out.

In this episode, I'm joined by my guest Eric whose musical tastes tend to run in the jam band variety. However, he's very knowledgable about music, so I thought we'd jump right into the deep end of the pool and listen to some crossover thrash bands; a synthesis of hardcore punk and thrash metal.
