VIPs are multi-faceted and not one size fits all. If you work around VIPs or have VIPs at your events, you should be thinking in advance what VIPs need and want at an event and their common behaviours, habits and issues. This kind of preparation is the first thing you should do when you know you’re going onsite to work face to face with VIPs. It makes their experience better and it makes yours better. Be proactive instead of reactive. Don’t spend all your time fighting fires. Getting into their mindset leads to likeability and trustworthiness so then you get asked back to that event and you start getting referred for more.
