I’m also sharing my routine and tips before and during long haul VIP events including my post event reset. You need to go into VIP events looking and feeling great both mentally and physically. If you look and feel great, it helps with the obvious anxiety, burnout, and physical health but one thing you might not have thought about is imposter syndrome.
