This week, Jennifer and Mark welcome TV Icon Mark Walberg to A Fork on the Road. Walberg is best known as the long-time host of Antiques Road Show - PBS’s highest rated, primetime original program. Mark has traveled the world shooting episodes of his shows, including the new TEMPTATION ISLAND on USA, which will return for season two in late 2019. 

This week, Mark & Jennifer welcome two celebrity world traveler foodies; 

First up, Dr. Ken’s Suzy Nakamura calls in from London to talk about her new HBO show with Hugh Laurie called AVENUE 5, a comedy in SPACE. Suzy shares her impressions of London, food and the essence of comedy. After we digest Suzy’s hilarious visit, the lead guitar/singer from New Orleans’ own Cowboy Mouth, John Thomas Griffith calls in from San Francisco. JTG has traveled the world with Cowboy Mouth for 29 years and knows all the most delicious cities and spots in America.. and shares a few of his favorites with us. We talk southern comfort foods, red eye gravy and the band's upcoming gig at the 50th Anniversary of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival opening for an obscure British band called THE ROLLING STONES.

Next up, genuine dude Vlad Resnikov from Tanque Verde Ranch cooks up the details for Boots n Brews, a weekend Cowboy (unlimited) Beer festival. Lastly, chef Kim Canteenwalla from iconic Las Vegas restaurant Honey Salt talks about cooking for celebrities at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and designing the menu at the exclusive McCarran Airport American Express Centurion restaurant.

Mark and Jennifer welcome wacky "Gemologists to the Stars" Ray the Psychic & Gus the Crystal Cowboy, to talk about the Tucson Gem & Mineral show… and the powers of crystals to heal what ails ya. But first, we welcome Dave Razowsky of #RazEatsFood. Raz travels the world doing comedy, teaching comedy and taking photos of things he eats.

Luckily, Raz is hilarious and has a discerning tongue, and he shares his top travel tips for planning your next getaway to make sure its as tasty and fun as possible.

It’s winter but that doesn’t mean there’s no reason to travel. Mark and Yeni talk about their favorite warm weather event- the Cat Art Show, and all the strange cat people it attracts. Then, author/artist and safari leader Fred Krakowiak shares his decades of leading travelers all over Africa to meet Gorillas face to face. This week’s episode is funny, amazing... and doesn’t require thermal underwear.

Derek reveals his musical influences, favorite players and the best places to eat everywhere they go. 

Speaking of food, this episode wouldn't be complete without our chat with celebrity chef Susan Feniger. The high priestess of street food, and founder of Border grille, Susan shares stories of her travels collecting recipes from Europe and South Central America.
