It's Black History Month and Lincoln's birthday. I'm going to read to you from "Speeches and Letters of Abraham Lincoln, 1832 to 1865". These "Fragments" demonstrate his opposition to slavery.

Most of the stories I read to you will have nothing too exciting because I want you to be able to relax so i can read you to sleep. Finding sleep is often difficult. This is especially true when there is a lot going on and our minds take off on tangents when we lay down. Bedtime stories are good for people of all ages. I have found that listening to someone else speak is a great way to calm and redirect my mind to provide relaxation and sleep. In this podcast I will be reading to you to help you fall asleep.
