Paola Cruz is born and raised in Honduras. As a child she was always drawn to Indian Spirituality. She had the opportunity to study abroad in USA, completing her university studies there. It was in her sophomore year of university in 2008 that she began to practice Yoga.

Over the years, she has visited over 53 countries, allowing her the chance to learn from different cultures and learn about different ancient traditions.

In 2018, she traveled to India for a second time to study for her first yoga training. She has now visited this holy land several times and has been certified an 800HR E-RYT Yoga and Meditation Guide.
