Energy is transferable through all space and time. You can call in someone's energy and say the things you need to say, you can even hear their response! 

In this bonus episode-prompted by episode 4(go back and listen if you haven't yet) I guide you through a meditation that will help you connect energetically with someone that you would like to have a difficult conversation with. Whether this person is a friend, family member, or even a passed loved one, it should help you feel better and gain some clarity around your feelings.

Allow yourself to get comfortable, take a deep breath and set an intention around who you are meeting with and what you desire to say. This is your time to talk but also your chance to hear from their perspective. So, be open and curious with no judgement for you or them.
