  • Season 2- Episode 12- My Pre-conversation with Anthony Canelo about Natural Ingredients VS Chemical Ingredients.
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Anthony Canelo, the owner of 5:1 Formulas, about Natural Ingredients VS Chemical Ingredients. We talked about his journey of creating lab-tested single-herb botanical formulas with no fillers or additives, and no nicotine, THC, CBD, essential oils, or propylene glycol. We talked about the chemical ingredients that are in food and other products that we use that are causing cancer, digestive issues, inflammation, heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, and more. How his health issues made him create a product that helps people through natural products. We also talked about the transparency of one herb, plus organic coconut-derived vegetable glycerin, with customers choosing based on the effect they want, like relaxation, focus, sleep support, or energy. His product helps people with sleep and stress relax with essential oils and vapes. He taught me about vegetable glycerin and its use in natural products and capsules. We also talked about the connections between the mind and body. It was a great conversation. Part 2 of our conversation will be soon. I hope you guys enjoy the conversations.

  • S-2- Episode 11- My Pre-conversation with Angela Jenkins about Diet vs a Holistic Lifestyle.
In this relationship, I had a great conversation with Angela Jenkins about diets vs holistic lives when it comes to weight loss and being healthy. We spoke about why eating “healthy” still is not enough for so many people, especially in midlife, and how symptoms are often clues instead of problems to suppress. We talked about America when it comes to chemicals in our food and processed food, even though it seems healthy, but it really isn't. We talked about weight loss when it comes to the reasons why you are losing weight that can lead to gaining the weight right back. We talked about how even though some people look, eat, exercise, and seem healthy externally, that doesn't physically mean that they are healthy internally. The stereotype in society standards when it comes to external health and wellness, and physical appearance. We talk about the importance of mental and physical communication when it comes to decisions, actions, behavior, and choices that will impact and affect your health and wellness. We talked about understanding how detoxification, gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, environmental exposures, and lifestyle all work together. A little about Angela: she is the founder of Health Is Local and a Registered Dietitian with 30-plus years of clinical experience. I teach a root-cause approach through what I call The Root Cause Lens, helping people understand how detoxification, gut health, inflammation, nutrient status, environmental exposures, and lifestyle all work together. My focus is real food, practical detoxification, and helping people restore energy, clarity, and confidence. It was a great conversation, and I hope that you guys enjoy it.

  • S-2- Episode 10- My Pre-conversation with Pratiqk Jaani about the Dhrasti Perception Theory.
In this episode, I had a great pre-conversation about the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about his life as a people pleaser for most of it, which led him to the Dhrasti Method and Perception Theory. We talked about low self-esteem, low self-worth, low self-value, low self-respect, low self-love, low self-confidence, and believing in oneself when no one else does; how his medical and mental health journey has led him to be the founder of Dhrasti Method Ltd and the author of Dhrasti! The Perception? We talked about self-esteem healing and recovery when it comes to building your self-esteem through the negative situations that you are in, and the people who have harmed you. He spoke on being a qualified hypnotherapist and business advisor, the state of bliss, and how to live with bliss and joy too. We spoke about how this method can lead you to being alone to find who you are, heal and recover from your trauma, abuse, suffering, pain, and hurt from negative people and situations. We also spoke about religion and spirituality when it comes to building yourself into the new version of you. How the higher power pulls you away from the world for you to heal, recover, learn, grow, and evolve to prepare you for the things that will hurt and cause you pain and suffering, and how to protect yourself from negative people and situations. It was a great conversation about self-esteem, self-love, and self-value. We will be doing a part of this episode coming soon.

  • S-2- Episode 10- My conversation with Amanda & Jessica From Little Seed Match About Surrogacy.
In this episode, I spoke to the founders, Amanda and Jessica, of the company Little Seed Match about helping women who are unable to have children through natural childbirth. They tell a beautiful yet painful story of how Jessica was unable to have a child naturally and made a hard decision to have a surrogate carry the baby for her. Amanda was the surrogate that she and her husband chose. They both tell their stories from the surrogate's and the women who will be raising the child's perspectives. We talk about the importance of the relationships between the mother-to-be and the surrogate. How they became friends through this journey to build a business to help women, as far as the surrogacy journeys lack: transparency, emotional support, and real human connection. Through their journey with bringing Oliva into the world through surrogacy, they built a business that bridges the gap when it comes to making choosing a surrogate more personal vs a transaction. A little about their company Little Seed Match, they founded it after living through what so many surrogacy journeys lack: transparency, emotional support, and real human connection. After completing our own independent surrogacy journey together, and staying close long after Olivia’s birth, we saw that surrogacy did not have to feel transactional to work. Little Seed Match helps intended parents and surrogates build trust-based, relationship-driven journeys rooted in alignment, communication, shared values, and emotional safety, which speaks directly to people rebuilding trust after painful, life-altering experiences.italso  helps intended parents and surrogates build trust-based, relationship-driven journeys rooted in alignment, communication, shared values, and emotional safety, which speaks directly to people rebuilding trust after painful, life-altering experiences. I learned so much about surrogacy that I didn't know. It was a beautiful conversation that I hope many women who are able to have children will learn from their story. If you would lik to reach out to them about infomation about surrogacy you can reach them at   littleseedmatch.com or  on Instagram at instagram.com/littleseedmatch.

  • S-2- Episode 5- My Pre-conversation with Mike Elliot about Men's Mental and Emotional Health.
In this episode, I had a pre-conversation with Mike Elliot about men's mental and emotional health. We talked about why men are taught that emotionals are a weakness which why some men become abusive. Why a lot of men are not going to therapy to deal with their mental and emotional health, issues, abuse, and trauma. Why men are not allowed to tap into their emotions when it comes to the trauma, pain, suffering, and abuse. How men are women are raised differently which can cause a major disconnect between men and women when it comes to relationships with each other? We went into the different phases of trauma, abuse, pain, and suffering from childhood, romantc relationship, friendships, and family. Why men going to therapy to deal with their trauma. How our bodies and emotions drive not just our relationships? Why “under-resourced” men repeat negative cycles, and how to heal that root cause?
