In this episode we chatted to Emman and Harry. Emman is an incredible stand-up comic and I recommend checking out some of his weekly shows in the city. Harry is a phenomenally talented musician and in this episode you’ll get to hear some of the songs he played for us on the night. Links to both artists are in the description of this episode.
If in the future you’d like to come to one of these shows, I’d really love to meet you and to see you there. I recommend following us on instagram so that you can see when the next show will be.

Coming to the realisation that the life you’re living isn’t exactly what you hoped and dreamed for yourself can be both a terrifying and exciting moment. How can you change things? What do you need to do to improve your life?
Juan and Andrea came to such a realisation, but decided that something should be done about it. Starting off by eating healthier and doing more exercise, they ultimately changed their environment completely by moving to Ireland. This chat is about their journey so far and what Dublin has offered them as a place to learn, grow and pursue their dreams.

Have you ever felt that chill crawl up your spine, that uncanny sense you're not alone, even in an empty room? I'm not just talking about bumps in the night or shadows that don't quite make sense. I'm talking about stories so palpable, so raw, that they invite us to question the boundaries between the seen and the unseen, the known and the unknown.
Let me introduce you to Peter Dunne, the writer and director of the highly rated Petrified Podcast. In this chat, we talk about the global success of the Petrified podcast, how Peter found his passion of invoking fear in others and what’s more, how he made a career out of it.
In the description of this episode you will find a link to the Petrified Podcast and also a link to their live show which will be on the 25th of October in The Laughter Lounge. Something a bit different and a plan I’d 100% recommend for the lead up to Halloween!

Michael is the editor of the very popular Totally Dublin magazine. He has spent a career working in journalism, curating and documenting stories from around Dublin and Ireland so I thought no better man to talk to about the changing faces of the City …what it was, what it is and what it needs to become!

Alan Corcoran ran 35 marathons in 35 consecutive days and then swam the length of Ireland. As you can imagine, there were a lot of ups and downs on this journey for Alan and in this chat I talk to him about what motivated him to start these brutal physical and mental challenges and also what gave him the encouragement to keep going, despite at times, nearly everyone and everything going against him.
Alan has released two books, Marathon Man and Unsinkable chronicling his mission of the marathon challenge and the sea swim challenge. You’ll find links to both books in the description of this episode.
