This episode is a bit of a throwback to where it all began for me.
Trevor, a former college lecturer of mine is one of the main reasons I became interested in the area of wellness & well-being, and is the person that introduced me to the concept of hosting a podcast.
His passion for areas in our industry, particularly in psychology and philosophy always stood out and that passion brought out a positive side to my life that I have taken with me to this day.
We discuss an array of topics and as always on my show, some controversial statements were made!
Note To Self: Bring table cover next time to block out external sound!
I can safely say that it was an absolute honour to share the studio with someone that has had such an influence on my perspective on life.

We were back in the studio again for this podcast.
It was probably the most intimate one to date. The connection you feel when you're in the room with someone in that setting can be powerful, and this was something even bigger than that.
Getting to know Emma over these past few months has been enlightening to say the least. Her impact on me has gone beyond my wildest expectations, and I am glad she is someone I can now call a friend.
Emma has a degree in Psychology and completed a Masters in Criminology through one of the most difficult periods of her life. She currently works for YAP Ireland (Youth Advocate Programmes) and volunteers at Le Cheile Mentoring in which she helps so many young people each day.
During the podcast, we discuss the inspiring journey she has taken to get where she is today, as well as the new chapters of her own brand 'Inner Happiness Project', becoming a yoga and meditation instructor, as well as writing a book.

Rae is one of those people that just grabs me from the second she speaks. It's fascinating to listen to her insights and her general vibe is just amazing.
It's crazy that having known each other for maybe 7 years that the first time we had a proper conversation was only a couple of months ago!
I have been consumed by her personality since and can safely say she's not just a great, great coach, she is one of the most beautiful human beings I have encountered.
Watch and listen to hear her story and get some tips on how to improve your well-being along the way.

Paul got in touch with me after viewing one of my earlier podcasts, and I am glad he did.
It was really interesting listening to someone with a totally different background to me in the industry.
Paul has such an interesting perspective on life, training, coaching and a wealth of experience in strength training and power lifting.

What can I say, Meghann is a remarkable woman. We discussed the extreme difficulties she endured in her teens and how that has transformed her into the person she is today.
Her books, 'Broken Love' and 'Little Pocket of Love' epitomise what she is all about with the key word in both titles being love. Love is a true reflection of Meghann and this is evident as ever when she speaks eloquently about her brother, Marcus, and father, Maxie, who sadly passed too soon.
We also delve in to the new chapters in Meghann's life, including the Meghann Mix (link below), working for the Limerick Post and appearing on RTE's Today Show.
As always, plenty of smiles and laughs were had!

The podcast that was almost cut halfway through to break down in tears.
Yes, you read that right!
When a friend shares with you what Dylan shared with me for the first time, I could barely put words together.
It was an out of body experience sitting in the room while recording. I was literally shaking. I felt I could hear a pin drop.
For anyone, struggling with the current climate we are living in, this is the podcast for you.

This podcast was full of whiskey drinking, critical thinking, metaphor linking...

It's the first podcast I have done with no prep whatsoever!
This was just a damn good show!
It was a pleasure sharing the studio with another friend and work colleague.

What can I say. It is wonderful to share a platform like this with somebody I have known since such a young age.
Nicole is one of those wonderful types of people that absolutely inspires me in life and I am so glad she shared her insight on a few really interesting topics.
Happiness, Gratitude, Mindfulness and Flow were all on the agenda.
