June 1st "The Power of You" turns ONE!
I can't even believe it! One whole year and almost 50 podcast episodes! 

I am so excited, and beyond grateful for everyone who comes back each week to listen to what I have to share here! I have absolutely loved being able to pour so much of myself into this podcast channel, and I really do appreciate the love and support I've been shown here. Thank you so much! <3

Also, since it's summer time.. I wanted to share this message with all of my mom friends who listen to this channel. Because, as a mom of three myself, I know summer time can feel 10Xs more chaotic and it can be really easy for you to not prioritize yourself.

But, let this be your reminder that prioritizing yourself, and your needs is NOT selfish. It's necessary.  And YOU DESERVE to take care of YOU too!!!
