I’ve gone from being a therapist to a coach, to a tv show host to a podcast host, and the list goes on.

Those labels made me safe.

And as I’m coming into my own, I’ve been thinking about all the things I have been putting my effort into - and while I love doing them - I’ve realized that my journey going forward is going to look a bit different.

I have a big announcement in today’s episode of the Being Human podcast. 

And as the year comes to a close, one thing I really want you to get from listening to this episode is that it’s okay to change your mind.
