  • Let Go and Go with the Flow with Lesley
For the last episode in 2021 for A Million Little Adventures and last guest of the year, I thought I’d bring in a friend to reminisce about their crazy adventures as a fellow female solo traveller.

  • A Life Changing Adventure
Twenty-five. Wow. The past 25 episodes I’ve learned so much from my conversations with all my amazing guests. Thank you!
Now if you’ve been listening to my podcast, some things you may have learned about me is that I lived in South Korea for five years teaching English. Though I’ve spoken about it numerous times in multiple episodes, I feel like I never really got in depth into how that came about and what led to my decision of picking everything up and moving to a foreign country.
Well, episode 25 is that podcast. I give a bit of a back story into my life pre-Korea and how deciding to move to the Land of the Morning Calm was the best decision I ever made. It truly was a life-changing experience and helped me grow into the person I am today. I really hope you enjoy this episode.
Be sure to check out all my previous episodes. We have conversations from life coaches, finance gurus, yogis, and simply just fun conversations with friends.

  • It’s Okay to Not Be Okay
This weeks episode looks a little different. For episode 20, I wanted to talk very briefly about my experience with mental health and how I practice gratitude.
Struggling with anxiety from a young age, I always felt like I needed to hide it and at the same time wanted to make sure no one felt the same way I did. Often times this meant always being the positive person in the room to make sure I offered a strong support system for those around me.
It is only now, as I get older that I realize more and more about the power of gratitude, self-care and that it’s okay to ask for a little help sometimes.
I’ve never been the greatest at sharing my feelings and being vulnerable. So I really hope you guys like this episode.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on the episode, leave a comment and feedback!
