COVID-19 is no longer the villain that it used to be however, we are still faced with increased pressures regarding the quality and general standard of living. The capitalist economic collapse, Wars and a desensitised population has created a mental health crisis.
How are we to cope when we are faced with seemingly unending challenges? I reflect and share some of my coping strategies and perceptions. Listen and be enlightened...
