— In today's western world, many therapy approaches focus on mental processes over embodied experiences, and bypass spiritual dimensions of the healing journey. It is Jess Maitri's belief that genuine healing must include all parts of a person-including their energetic and spiritual aspects. True insight needs to be experienced through the body, and witnessed within a conscious relationship in order to be fully integrated into their daily lives.
Psychology can be similar to alchemy, as it has the capacity to transform the "unwanted" into something meaningful within the client's shadow or blind-spots. Many do not realize that Alchemy was the forerunner of modern chemistry, and practiced by mystics who worked to transform base elements into Gold.
As an Embodied Alchemist, Jess assists you in transforming what is hidden in your subconscious such as old beliefs or programs, and brings it into the light where it can be witnessed and healed.
Valeria Teles interviews Jessica Maitri — the Creator Of Yothera Method, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Yoga Therapist, Breathwork Practitioner, Intuitive Energy Healer, And Speaker.
Jessica Maitri blends both eastern and western therapeutic approaches to embodied wellness. Her training in both western psychology and eastern embodiment practices inform her work with groups and individuals. The Yothera Method is a therapeutic modality used in both groups and individual work, that invites individuals deeply into the present moment, and meet life from a grounded and embodied perspective. She is deeply passionate about being part of the integrative medical model, creating a bridge between traditional mental health and holistic health. Jessica's work invites participants to deepen their exploration of Self, dive deep into their body's innate wisdom, and strengthen their trust in life and their own intuition.

— "Trapped" is an understatement. You're a prisoner, living under the illusion of freedom, locked up in the jail of your own mind. Without the physical walls, bars, and guards, the prison is difficult to perceive. Yet it's always there, and you're living inside of it. You haven't been able to perceive it because it's in disguise and hidden from you in the best possible place—in plain sight. You even gave it a name. You dubbed it "reality."
Your prison is disguised as your reality, and it's so well hid- den you could be facing a life sentence you'll never escape. You might get lucky and experience a traumatic event that forces you out after a few decades. Or you could do what is required to discover the prison yourself and break out before it's too late.
Chris King spent years trapped in his own mental prison, and he now know that escaping it is not only possible but necessary to make the dent in the universe that you imagined, forever changing it. Free yourself!
Valeria Teles interviews Chris King — the author of "Renegotiate Your Existence: Unlock Your Impossible Life."
Imagine making the impossible, or even the unimaginable, a reality in 1/5 the time everyone thought it would take. And imagine doing it with zero stress. This is what is possible in "flow."
"Pique-performance" executive coach and speaker Chris M. King sets up the conditions for flow, a.k.a. "the zone." He facilitates the journeys that lead to the discoveries that create sustainable advancements for organizations and individuals to exceed their personal and professional goals with velocity, and even renegotiate their existence!
Chris has a particular expertise with professional women and women-led/focused teams, organizations, and initiatives, ensuring they are running their businesses and lives instead of their businesses and lives running them. Go from the status quo to Status Flow®.
Chris successfully completed a master's program in spiritual psychology, spent four years working with the GAMC Neuroscience Institute.

— How to cultivate a mindset about our emotions that embraces our "shadow" sides? All too often. Dr. Paola Lake encounters people who have sought to hide away sides of themselves that they consider to be "bad" or unlovable. They find themselves spending energy and time trying to exile these parts of self, when in fact, these parts often need compassion and healing in order to dissolve their hold. She embraces and uses many approaches that allow people to investigate parts of self that have been exiled using a model called Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well as other approaches such as EMDR, meditation, and hypnosis for example. Each approach provides an opportunity to sit with the parts of us we seek to exile, understand their function, and to cultivate an attitude of compassion towards these parts and to release maladaptive beliefs about self- that are tied to these states.

— Our dominant thoughts significantly influence our emotions, they are crucial to how we feel, how those around us feel, the influence on the great cosmos comes from our thoughts and memories. What we put out there in thought is what we are attracting back to ourselves. We 'reap what we sow'. This introspection is important to personal development. Being happy, being grateful, equals more happiness and more experiences to be grateful for. This really is key to a happy existence while we are here on this planet.

— The calling upon us now is to harmonize the masculine and feminine energy. This requires us, as women, to dust off our innate talents, invest in ourselves, and align with what we know is true. For many of us, this will start in small increments off the side of our desks that will collectively generate universal energy to shift our planet into more balance and harmony.

— We all have our own unique talents and strengths, however, these are not always recognized or fully developed.
Valeria Teles interviews Kathy Bowers — a Parenting Life Coach And Speaker.
Kathy Bowers is a parenting life coach.
In April 2021 she started her own business online called Life Change Coaching. She decided to specialize in supporting parents with parenting issues to ensure they were able to meet all the needs of their children. Love is not enough. The most important thing as human beings is to ensure we raise and meet all the needs of our children. Parents struggle to be able to address all their children's needs and this can be due to their own upbringing and life experiences and how they experienced being parented, as well as a lack of knowing what to do. Over the years, we develop from babies to young adults to where we are now. We are individuals, but not all life experiences have been positive or beneficial on our journeys and we carry baggage. Mental health, addiction, low self-esteem, domestic abuse, isolation, trauma, relationship issues are only a few which have an impact on being a "positive individual" and a positive parent and role model.
Kathy's experience and knowledge comes from working with children and their parents as a nursery nurse, nanny, working in children's homes, day centers, nurseries, infant and primary schools for 20 years where she was hands on with the children and the parents. Being a parent of 3 children who are now adults and bringing them up as a single parent, Kathy's own life story has not always be smooth sailing. For over 20 years until 2020 she worked directly with children and their parents and extended family, supporting parents to make life changes for the benefit of their children and themselves. She also worked for social care and children and families as a senior family support worker and family practitioner. The children's needs were not being fully met. Their physical, emotional, social and self-identity, behavior and mental health impacted them and needed to change. The aim was to support parents to make changes in themselves and recognize the impact this had on their parenting. To look at areas that were lacking in what they were offering their children and to ensure they met all the needs of the children.
Kathy used her life coaching since qualifying in 2018 for 3 years until she decided to retire and build my own online business to concentrate fully on supporting parents to make positive change. This was when, in April 2021, Life Change Coaching was created.

— Exploring the relationship between mental health, emotions, and the body - many mental health diagnosis not only have a mental and emotional impact on functioning, but also include a somatic component of expression. In mental health care, we must celebrate the scientific reintegration of mind and body in order to address the entirety of who we are as human beings. Simultaneously, it's beneficial to observe the systems within which we are also embedded that either feed or starve the health of us not only as individuals, but also as communities. The mental health field is growing with evidence-based practices and modalities that embrace the mind-body-community connection allowing for deeper trauma and emotional processing. Such modalities include EMDR therapy, somatic therapy, and expressive art therapy.
