DESPITE all the bleating about being world beating, we have apparently decided to actually give the world a beating by opening new gas and oil reserves, reserves which will be active for many decades.

This is not an accident. Someone (who I can't name for legal reasons) 'inadvertantly' is profitting off this, albeit indirectly through his father in laws contracts with gas and oil giants.
