This wasn't planned at all - as embarking on my Podcast almost a year ago, I had every intention of releasing a podcast every week for 52 weeks, but life brought forth other plans and I went with the flow. (Which if I'm being honest was hard for me, as I thrive on consistency) But the Universe is calling me to hold space, to seek clarity in the vision of this podcast, and go inward. 

Today I share the message that downloaded through for all of Us, and we take a moment to envision the Vision and Victory for 2020. This is a Very Powerful time of year, if I'm being honest, something like this has never been felt before. It's big energy, which is why the collective is sharing this message of a very "awakened" and "enlightened" year, as things are shifting big time. I know you feel it, I sure do, in every cell. 

Let's go deep, and hold the Vision of what we want to call forth. Remember your brain can't tell the difference between a Vision, and reality...which is huge. Massive. Powerful. Knowing that, we turn into the creators.

Tis' the season for massive expansion.

EP 36 X EMBRACING YOUR DEPTH 

If there is one thing I know it's depth, going deep, and embracing those "darker" parts of Us.

When this time of year rolls around for Us, it's easy to fall back into old patterns, habits, thoughts, and belief systems. "It's cold, dark, the sun sets so early, I hate the snow, yadda yadda yadda etc..." All the things, and that's totally cool, but often times we're just stuck in a unconscious pattern, like a tape replaying itself, over and over again. If you were to ask someone what they thought about the tape replaying itself, what would they say? Most likely that it's "Boring, repetitive, and slightly annoying". What we don't realize is that, sometimes we can sound the exact same. 

I want to offer you a different lens to look through, as we embark and embrace the darkest time of Year - From Day light savings to Winter Solstice - where the days are the shortest out of any other days in the entire year. We are in nature's dark season, and it's a beautiful place to be. It's not a coincidence that Scorpio Season falls during the darkest days of the year - it literally rules the energetics of transformation, death, rebirth, letting go, and our innate and inner depth. 

In today's episode:  I'm going to propose a new lens to look through, Why I love and adore this time of year, how we can utilize it to our advantage, the difference between suppression and repression, our subconscious mind, harnessing the beauty of the dark, embracing our shadows, breaking habits, and challenging you to take one step forward into the Unknown - into the darkness +++ Much More

EP 34 X GRACE IN GROWTH

I am back from my unexpected break!

I explain it deeper in the episode, but I had to get oral surgery done, and had only 1.5 days notice. I had no podcasts lined up, I couldn't record as talking was a big chore, and while it was a hard pill to swallow to break my consistent nature, I learned a lot, and just let it go. 

But I'm back, and sooooo happy to re-connect, record, share, grow, and love together. 

Today's episode is part cosmic ramble, and part "lecture" with the topic being grace in growth. It's Scorpio season, so I'm feeling it all. 

As a human we don't get to excuse ourselves from growth, and challenging times, because at the end of the day that's what makes life worth living. If everything was just perfect all the time we would for sure be bored, and we wouldn't evolve as souls here on the planet.

While it's not just about the things we go through, it's how we grow through them. We get to choose! We can either play victim, choose to see the bad, and suffer in our pain or fear. OR we can go through whatever we are going through with deep grace and compassion for ourselves. 

I always say the choice is yours, and while I can't force you to choose grace, I will hopefully shed some light on choosing again. In every moment and opportunity we get to choose again. The next best option, a higher frequency state, and hold ourselves in utter grace for doing the absolute best we can.

Today we are coming back to one of my favourite topics: SKIN. 

While there is so, so, so much information out there re: skin, and a billion dollar beauty industry that continues to grow. Healing the skin, and aging gracefully doesn't have to be overwhelming, confusing, and expensive, at least that's my belief. 

After healing my own skin from a multitude of "conditions", I've come to see that we tend to overcomplicate *everything*, and operate from the belief system that more is better. While I believe you should ultimately do what feels best for You, truly, there are skin foundations, and basics that can achieve radiant skin for a lifetime! This is my goal for myself, so I hope to support, educate, and guide you to your own formula of what this means for You. 

For me it will always come back to addressing anything through the lens of Healing Alchemy - where we look at the body, mind, and soul. And while we look deeper, we can do this is a joyful manner, deep healing does't have to be so heavy!
