A Radical Guide, Anthropology and Social Change, PM Press, and Working Class History invite you to join us on Monday, December 6th for a conversation between James Kelman and Noam Chomsky.
This event is the virtual book launch event for Between Thought and Expression Lies a Lifetime: Why Ideas Matter.
Between Thought and Expression Lies a Lifetime: Why Ideas Matter is an impassioned, elucidating, and often humorous collaboration. Philosophical and intimate, it is a call to ponder, imagine, explore, and act.
In January 1990, Noam Chomsky gave the keynote address at the Self-Determination and Power Conference in Glasgow, Scotland. During that time, Noam Chomsky joined Ramsey Kanaan, Alistair Dickson, Peter Kravitz, Jenny Hunter, and Graham Stalker for a rare conversation at the Brechin Bar in Glasgow, Scotland. A Radical Guide would like to thank Malcolm Dickson and Adam Lockhart for providing footage.
