Over the past weekend I hiked mount Whitney with some friends. I talk about that journey today and what it was like. I also give my take on why doing ventures like this with good company is the perfect way to do it.

I talk about life and focusing on the process of anything we are enduring in life. We sometimes like to think ahead so much that we don't get take everything in. I talk about Super Bowl Champion Brad Johnson who was the Quarterback of the Buccaneers in Super Bowl 37. He reflected on his 17 year NFL Career.

Do we really need everything we think we need? I talk about what I thought I needed in my life but found out that need was blocking me from what I really needed to do.

We all view life from different approaches. This is why I have an optimistic approach on life.
