The church at Thessalonica was a church of irresistible influence. They were living proof of a loving God to a watching world.

3 things made the Thessalonians a church of irresistible influence…

Their work of FAITH. They placed their faith in the resurrected Christ, radically changing lives. Their faith in Christ unleashed the work of the Holy Spirit within them and revealed the holiness of the one true God.

Their labor of LOVE. The Thessalonians were loving and serving, despite persecution and affliction. Many find the Church irresistible for being a loving community, yet others fie it reprehensible for its holy living.

Their HOPE in Jesus. The Thessalonians’ hope was in the resurrection and return of the Lord Jesus Christ. They were a voice of hope to those around them.

The church of irresistible influence stands for TRUTH, is known for LOVE, and is the voice of HOPE.
